Mary Geder and I birded May 5th, during the morning, in Bent county. At the intersection of county road JJ and County road 16 we watched for a long time 35 Ibis feeding. One was a Glossy Ibis. The eye, in different lighting conditions was dark brown, legs were grayish with pinkish/reddish joints. The white border which goes behind the eye and under the chin, found in the White-faced Ibis, did not go behind the eye or under the chin in this bird. The lore area and facial skin was dark gray.
