Birded Denver City Park with Tim Smart, and Veronica and Kylie Mattes yesterday. Highlights at City Park, other than the crowds of cormorants, night herons and Snowy Egrets nesting, included the lingering Greater White-fronted Goose, 2 Western Tanager and a half dozen Cedar Waxwings.Yellow-rumped Warblers and Chippings Sparrows were in good numbers.
-- Tim and I continued to Rocky Mountain Arsenal for the afternoon. A Swainson's Thrush and Blue-gray Gnatcatcher were highlights.
