[cobirds] central Bldr Cnty: bird equiv of little brown mouse: Rk wren

Compared to your multiple posts of magnificent storm-produced sightings,
this one is modest but welcome: ROS rock wren.

Our Say's phoebes, so far surviving in their 4th year in our yard, lost
their first nest in storm 3 (or 4); tried again over deck ledge (which I had
to discourage because desk is being re-built--or will be if it ever stops
snowing), and now they cry around the yard and make me feel really mean.

Like many of you, I've been enjoying the unusual surfeit of mid-America
birds like LB curlew. Hearing their plaintive voices at dusk is a treat.
Burrowing owls are trying to claim good spots. But will somebody please
escort me to the BW hawk hangout?
