[cobirds] Brown Pelican at Otter Pond, Montrose

This evening I stopped by Otter Pond in Montrose to look for an American White Pelican, I heard was at the pond.  Instead, I found an adult Brown Pelican.  I spoke to a couple who live near the pond, and they told me that it had been around for about a week.  Unfortunately, I only had my phone for photos.  Here is the checklist: eBird Checklist - 19 Oct 2026 - Otter Pond area - 2 species
