RE: [cobirds] Can someone identify please?

Yes, I called the Raptor Center and they confirmed it is a recently fledged female Kestrel. There is obviously something wrong with it. They want me to try to drop a towel over it and try to catch it. I don't think it will be that hard, all it did was turn its head to look at me when I took its picture only 12" away.
