[cobirds] Jefferson Tundra Swans, Long-billed Duck, No White-winged Scoter

The six Tundra Swans were sleeping on the ice at the west end of Harriman Reservoir. Two Long-billed Ducks still at South Platte Reservoir. The Chatfield Reservoir northwest boat ramp is half frozen over; could not find the WWSC drake in that area.
