[cobirds] Northern harrier, Platte River trail, Arapahoe County

This morning around 10:00 a.m., I saw a Northern harrier about a third of a mile north of Carson Nature Center, circling over the trail  I believe it was a female.  First time I can remember seeing one in that particular area.
