Online registration for the 2018 convention will close at the end of Wednesday, May 2. There will be an opportunity for walk-in reservations at the opening of the convention, but they will cost more. There still are good field trip opportunities available, along with all the other events.
So — your best bet if you haven't yet registered is to do so soon!
