I opened my Clear Spring Ranch banding station this week, and it has been as slow as was expected. Few migrants so far.
Some highlights:
FOS Orange-crowned Warbler banded today - Ad M
FOS Com Yellowthroat banded Friday - Ad F
FOS Ruby-crowned Kinglets banded Wednesday - imm M, Ad F
FOS Mountain White-crowned Sparrow banded Wednesday - pretty early by my records. 15 Gambell's also banded - but they winter on site.
FOS Says Phoebe seen today
FOS House Wrens - banded 3 Friday
FOS Barn Swallow seen Friday
