Bird photographed in winter shade, so looks grayish, but in life color was described as "Rufous or Orange-brown."
-- Details about location from the thrasher finder, Dave Hyde.
Hi Joe,
My wife and I are house-sitting so it is ok for people to stop by. The address is 517 W. 1st street - just up the hill from Whistler's Café. There is a deck with old skis as a fence around the hot tub. People can just come and bang on the door. No guarantee that the bird is still here. I'll keep my eye out and let you know if it reappears. If you don't hear from me then it is not seen. Thanks -
Dave Hyde
