[cobirds] Mountain Plover, El Paso County
I saw 2 Mountain Plover north of Hanover Road about 0.7 miles east of Milne Road this afternoon about 1 PM. They were in the vicinity of a prairie dog colony and there were also 2 Burrowing Owls that flew when I got out of my car. The Plovers stayed about 75 yards from the road making photography a challenge. This is the same area that Mountain Plover were seen about a week ago.
