[cobirds] White-rumped Sandpipers at Stabilization

My friend John Stump and I birded the Costilla hotspots and had a nice visit including some nice birds as well. Best were 4 White-rumped Sandpipers at Stabilization Reservoir. My records have shown that this species often shows up at the end of May and first week of June in our region, so these seemed right on schedule.  Nice to get a morning out before the gray showers hit by afternoon.
