[cobirds] Apparent Connecticut Warbler, Douglas County

Tom Williams reported a Mourning Warbler in his backyard in Douglas County this afternoon. Based on the photos, it appears to me to be a 1st winter Connecticut Warbler. Does anyone know Tom and would they be able to find out if he is open to visitors? Checklist below.
