Re: [cobirds] Sabine's Gull, Chatfield

About 830, just before the wind started howling, there were 6 immature sabines from the sand spit. For once I had a stiff tailwind to push me home on the bike. 😂 There have been 5-6 Sabine's daily for a few days now. Fun birds!

Hello all-

There is currently a Sabine's Gull at Chatfield SP. We are viewing it from the sandpit, but it is pretty much in the middle of the lake, around the Douglas/Jefferson County line. It is super windy, so the scope was having a hard time with the wind.

Good birding!
