[cobirds] Bird Conservancy of the Rockies - Barr Lake Banding Report, 9/15/21

Like clockwork, another 25 birds banded today, of 7 species. The past few days we've been seeing a few Yellow-rumped Warblers, though none in the nets just yet. We're hoping cooler weather next week will bring more birds!

Here are today's totals:
Wilson's Warbler - 16
Yellow Warbler - 2
Orange-crowned Warbler - 2
House Wren - 1
Warbling Vireo - 1
Hermit Thrush - 1
Green-tailed Towhee - 2

We are open 6 days a week, weather permitting through October 23.  Closed Mondays.  Click here to register to visit - we are offering one-hour slots (up to 12 visitors at a time); 7:30-8:30 most weekdays, and 8-9, 9-10, and 10-11 on weekends.  Come visit!
