[cobirds] Bird Conservancy Banding Report - Rogers Grove Park, Longmont (Boulder CO), 9/10 and 9/12

Hi folks,
Our second week of banding at Rogers Grove Park in Longmont remained fairly quiet, with Wilson's Warblers making up most of the banded birds. Here are our combined banding totals for Tues and Thurs this week:

Wilson's Warbler: 14
Western Wood-Pewee: 1
Gray Catbird: 3
Black-capped Chickadee: 3 (all recaptures from spring)

That's it, we're hoping for some busier days next week!

This station will be open each Tues and Thurs through Oct 10th, EXCEPT Sep 24th and 26th. Next week we'll be opening nets around 6:40 and continuing for 5 hours (weather permitting) Walk-in visitors are welcome! We have school groups coming both days next week around 9am, so earlier the better for walk-in visitors.
