Hello!
There was a Ruddy Turnstone this afternoon at the west boat ramp (furthest north) of Neenoshe Reservoir, Kiowa County. It was feeding along the shore to the north of the boat ramp with a small flock of Baird's Sandpipers before they were spooked by a raptor. I didn't stick around much longer to relocate due to the cold wind but worth checking for if you're in the area.
Cheers,
Tim Mitzen
