[cobirds] Red-shouldered Hawk, Franktown, Douglas

An hour ago Urling spotted a Red-shouldered Hawk. It perched on a picket fence, 4 feet off the ground, and flew to the ground to capture prey. After she showed to me, about 45 minutes after she saw, two turkeys scared it off the fence and it disappeared into the ponderosa pines south of the road. We couldn't find it again.
The site: just beyond 355 Willow Lake Drive. Picture to follow, and description headed for eBird.
