It turns out, the Palm Warbler, appears to be the rarer "Yellow"
subspecies of Palm Warbler. Thanks to Chris Wood for looking at my
photos, and letting me know. One other time, there were two "Yellow"
Palm Warblers all winter, along the Arkansas River, below Pueblo
Reservoir dam. So, there might be a chance this bird could attempt to
winter in Pueblo. I'll certainly be keeping my eyes open for it
again. November and December is warbler time around Pueblo it seems
(last year's Pueblo Reservoir Christmas Bird Count, had an amazing 5
species of warblers), so who knows what other warblers are roaming
around right now.
