Today at Douglas Reservoir I had the following:
Red-breasted Merganser (few)
Common Merganser (at least 50)
Ring-necked Duck (1f)
Bufflehead (10ish)
Common Goldeneye (60)
Barrow's Goldeneye (1i male) - dark all over, very light facial crescent, steep forehead, head bulge low down at rear, seen at the north end
Herring Gull (6)
Northern Goshawk (1 pursuing a flicker in small patch of trees midway along the west side, broke off the chase when a Red-tailed Hawk joined the fray, flew off to the east)
