[cobirds] Red Phalarope (El Paso Co.)

Bill Maynard and I found Chico Basin Ranch's first RED PHALAROPE on a stock tank pond in El Paso County.  We also saw a Philadelphia Vireo at Bell Grove in El Paso County willows, same bird banded a few days ago.
