[cobirds] Surf Scoter, San Luis Lakes

Hi all,

Yesterday the adult male Surf Scoter continued at San Luis Lakes. This was viewed from the NW shore of the main lake. Other birds of interest there included two distant dowitchers, a Baird's Sandpiper, many ibis, and two Forster's Tern.
