[cobirds] The rain, the (Belmar) park, and scaupy things

Hi all:

Apologies to The Cowsills for paraphrasing their song title.

Part of the CO eBird review team have written a piece on the perils... well, difficulties, anyway, on the ID of Greater Scaup, based primarily on the scaup at Belmar Park.
