[cobirds] Gyrfalcon? Jan. 30

Looks much like the above to this fellow.
 
GYR 11:30 am 100 meters or so, North of the Aurora reservoir at the Sport's activity parking lot. The Gyr was on the top of the cell (?) tower on the north side of the lot. While I had it in the bins (10x42s it flew to the West at about 40'.) 
its shading was not as not as light as Gyrs seen in Alaska and Washington State by this person. 
I do not claim a positive sighting, however, the size and view of the underside as well as the lack of a helmet was certainly convincing.
I send this description in order that others might be aware of the possibilities.
