[cobirds] Two good warblers at One Belmar Place apartments in Lakewood

Just got the Yellow-throated. All three warblers are currently in the same tree at the SW corner of the pond, in a mixed flock with 2-3 BCCH, a couple HOFI etc. The flock has been mostly on the west half of the lake, and is pretty easy to locate.
