[cobirds] Red-necked Grebe/Red-necked Phalarope 9/9 Pueblo Res.

This morning (9 Sept) seen from Sailboard launching area on the north east side of Pueblo Reservoir (Pueblo County), Margie Joy and I saw a Red-necked Grebe and a Red-necked Phalarope.  Also, some Black Terns have been around the last couple of days.
