Hi all,
-- Today I had a Carolina Wren in a pocket of dense, willow-like brush that borders a grove of cottonwoods just west of Warembourg Open Space in the town of Louisville. I last saw the bird at 5:40 this evening, and could not locate it later. Other birds of interest include 3 Olive-sided Flycatchers and a Great-horned Owl. This particular grove has had good numbers of migrants recently, including hoards of Wilson's Warblers, Wood-pewees, and a Cordilleran Flycatcher.
Good Birding,
Jack Bushong,
