Hi Everyone,
I have a Mexico trip pretty much finalized. It is March 27 to April 6. We will be visiting the areas of San Blas, Mazatlan, and Cabo San Lucas. In Mazatlan, we will target the Tufted Jay among other species. In Cabo the targets are the endemics of Belding's Yellowthroat, Gray Thrasher, and Xantus' Hummingbird. The cost is roughly $2,500 with estimated airfare to Mexico of less than $400. Frontier has good prices on non-stop flights. The dates for the trip are selected to make sure Sinaloa Martin is back from its' unknown wintering grounds and before it gets too hot. I will be using excellent local guides and hiring a comfortable bus with driver. This is a great opportunity to see several Mexican endemics in a tightly packaged trip.
The posting of these trips has been approved by the DFO Board.
