I found a WOOD THRUSH in Lakeside Cemetery in Canon City today. I got photos showing it's white eyering, white (not buffy) underparts with black spots extending well down the flanks and short tail. I believe this is a record for Fremont County. I have uploaded the photos onto my Birds and Nature blog.
Other birds were sparse in the cemetery--5 Audubon's Yellow-rumped Warblers, 6 Western Bluebirds, a few each Chipping Sparrows, Black-capped Chickadees and Northern Flickers (no Yellow-bellied or other sapsuckers).Canon City
