A brief trip to the Chatfield State Park sandspit north of the marina Sunday afternoon yielded excellent views of a juvenile Mew Gull, presumably the same one reported there a week ago.
The Pomarine Jaeger was still present, flying along the dam face looking for lunch. It was last seen headed south toward the Swim beach.
