This afternoon there was a juvenile Little Gull on the lake at West Fisherman's Point. I watched it for about an hour. It mostly stayed west of the point out near the island. It occasionally flew but not far. At one point it was next to two juv. Sabine Gulls; it was noticeably smaller. The markings on the LIGU were interesting. It had black dots on the sides of the head, a black "Mohawk" stripe on the crown and partial dark collar around the lower neck.
Earlier at this location, there was a Jaeger on the lake. It only flew one time when it harassed couple of gulls. The plumage was uniformly dark brown. I have no idea as to the species.
I also saw three juv. Sabine Gulls on the lake.
There were three white terns flying around the bay north of the point. Too far to ID.
