I had been wondering if the redpoll irruption might drip over into our area. Lo and behold—this morning, a male Common Redpoll spent several minutes elbowing his way into the thistle feeder amidst House Finches, Pine Siskins, American Goldfinches, and Dark-eyed Juncos.
