Lots of water in some areas of the station; several of the river nets could not be opened because the water was so high. And special thanks to the volunteers who added a day to help convince the bobcat to go elsewhere! (We did not see him/her.)

Yellow-breasted Chat 2
Green-tailed Towhee 3
Lincoln's Sparrow 2
Red-winged Blackbird 1
We are rained out today, closed on Monday. Hope to be back out on Tuesday! Denver Audubon has scheduled one-hour time slots at 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 for visitors on weekends; visit here to register. (I believe many time slots are already sold out, so register soon if you would like to visit.)
