Since some passerines have been hard to come by so far this spring, here is some happy news, Chris Knight and I saw a male Western Tanager in the cottonwoods in the east part of Osprey Picnic area in Rock Canyon, Pueblo County, late the morning. Still haven't seen any Warblers that aren't Yellow-rumped.
