We reported 175 migrating Turkey Vultures Sunday afternoon, and that Karen Metz, Castlewood Canyon State Park raptor monitor went to the part Monday morning and counted 174 leaving the roost there.
Yesterday Cheryl Thompson reported that, on Sunday afternoon about 6 pm, she saw 175 Turkey Vultures moving south over her home in Arvada. I wonder where they might have gone to roost (she says probably not Crown Point).
