Josh Bruening and I birded Timnath Reservoir this morning and refound the American Golden-Plover that was reported here yesterday.
We parked at the north end and hiked east on the mud until we were a bit southwest of the swim beach area. It was very active, chasing Killdeer and feeding all over the place, so it could move around some.
The birds are happy, and so am I
