[cobirds] Lamar, Prowers Co. May 8th

Birded Lamar spots with other birders this morning.

Fairmount Cemetery in Lamar:
Summer Tanager - at least three female type birds, saw three at same time

Riverside Cemetery in Lamar:
Female Chestnut-sided and male Blackpoll Warblers

Lamar Community Collge:
Veery - 1 (south end)
Northern Waterthrush - North end

Raining now, taking a break in my hotel room for a little bit.  The Chestnut-sided Warbler was my 20th Warbler species for my SE Colorado trip May2-9.  I will head home tomorrow, hopefully see a few more interesting birds later today and tomorrow.  My trip last year to SE CO saw 24 species of warblers May 3-10.

Can't stay awake trying this, so I better take a nap.
