[cobirds] Bird Conservancy Banding Report - Barr Lake Station, 10/11/17

Started slow and cold but then picked up, with a good flock of Yellow-rumped Warblers followed by a flock of Juncos.  Also caught our third Creeper for the season and a nice Red-eyed Vireo.  Here's the breakdown for the 30 new birds:

Red-eyed Vireo 1
Brown Creeper 1
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 2
Hermit Thrush 1
Orange-crowned Warbler 1
Yellow-rumped Warbler, Myrtle 4
Yellow-rumped Warbler, Audubon's 11
Wilson's Warbler 1
Dark-eyed Junco, Oregon 5
Dark-eyed Junco, Pink-sided 3

Come visit! This is our last week - We will take down the station after banding on Sunday. We are opening nets at 7 a.m. and should have birds back at the station before 7:45. We will close most days by about 11:30. School groups arrive most weekdays at about 9:30.
