Female Bufflehead at Dillon dam in small retainage pond next to large stand of willows.
Putting on quite a show.
She would take-off from one side of pond then land in water and glide to other side. Then she'd turn-around and do it again. She kept it up for awhile; then took off towards Silverthorne; possible destination? the Blue River?
