[cobirds] Access to the birding area below Two Buttes dam has improved

For many months, access to one of Colorado's best migrant traps and scenic areas
was "Closed to Human Activity." (I thought about going there in my gorilla suit, but I took
a tablet and a nap and forgot about it).

Foot traffic is now welcome there, but vehicles are not allowed, and must be parked off the road at the north end of the dam.

That is the information that came to me from three sources, and I believe it to be correct.
