[cobirds] Chatfield, Douglas

Glenn Walbek saw an adult Sabine's Gull yesterday, and I managed to find it today -- way way way way out. Head all black, black bill with yellow tip.

The most impressive show, though: Western Grebes. I counted 548 -- which could, of course be right on or low by a 100 or more. They float in scattered flocks all over the reservoir. Distant - though not as distant as the Sabine's Gull - but I couldn't pick out any Clark's.
