As of 1:45pm, the six of us who were trying to find the previously mentioned Rufous-crowned Sparrow between the Black Bear Inn and the U Pump It gas station in Lyons had no luck. I was there for about 45 minutes searching from both sides of the road for it. Traffic was pretty bad around the area, making listening for the bird nearly impossible.
Good luck if you go looking for it. Post to CoBirds with any news -- good or bad.
