An adult Sandhill Crane is currently roosting with some cormorants and Ring-billed Gulls at Lagerman Reservoir in Boulder County. Notable I suppose only for the time of year, which seems early to me, but as others have noted, individual birds who fail to breed/nest often chose to get a head start on migration.
