[cobirds] New access to Windsor Reservoir/Weld

Hi All!

While out birding today, I happened to go into the Severance Shores new development on the East side of the reservoir. I found a new clear vantage point that overlooks most of the reservoir. To get there, turn north onto Shoreview Parkway from Weld County Road 74 and travel about a mile to Vista Point Drive. Then turn left.  From there you can see most of the reservoir and there is a little park on a spit of land there.  It had great views!
