On 11Jan2020 Janeal Thompson and I tried to refind the Carolina Wren I found at the Lamar Community College Woods in Lamar on 10 Jan2020. We did not, but it is probably still present at LCC or in the housing development (Woodland Park) to the south. We did refind 3 Lesser Goldfinches. Also of note were 2 Virginia Rails, 3 Northern Cardinals, a Yellow-rumped Warbler and a Marsh Wren. Janeal and Norma V. have also seen a Lincoln's Sparrow and Gray Catbird at LCC this year, both of which have eluded me but are likely still present. LCC also hosts an eastern White-breasted Nuthatch and at least one Spotted Towhee.
