The Red-throated Loon that Peter Ruprecht identified is still in the area. This morning it was a bit north of the first sighting at 89th Ave, in the pond immediately south of Elaine T. Valente Open Space and 104th Ave. I managed to get a few distant photos before it apparently flew off.
Also in that general area between 88th Ave and 104th Ave this morning, Northern Shrike, Glaucous Gull, Lesser Black-Backed Gull, Horned and Eared Grebes, Ruddy Ducks (breeding plumage), Great-tailed Grackle.
Here are the eBird lists with a few pix:

Gulls: https://ebird.org/view/checklist/S53949497
(If anyone can help me with the ID of the Gull sp in the second list, I'd appreciate it)
