Sharp-shinned Hawk- Loop Trail at Aiken Canyon on 12-31

Eurasian Collared-Dove- near Penrose on 12-20

Northern Flicker- Loop Trail at Aiken Canyon on 12-31

Steller's Jay- 5 on 12-3, 4 on 12-6

Woodhouse's Scrub-Jay- Loop Trail at Aiken Canyon on 12-31

Clark's Nutcracker- one calling at Mule Creek Trail on 12-7

American Crow- about 20 on 12-18, about 30 on 12-22

Mountain Bluebird- About 10 at Beaver Creek Wilderness and SWA and near Penrose on 12-20

Townsend's Solitaire- calling at Red Rock Canyon Open Space on 12-17, calling on Canyon Trail at Aiken Canyon on 12-31

American Robin- Beaver Creek Wilderness on 12-20, Canyon Trail at Aiken Canyon on 12-31

Canyon Wren- Beaver Creek Wilderness on 12-20

Juniper titmouse- Loop Trail at Aiken Canyon on 12-31

Pygmy Nuthatch- Canyon Trail at Aiken Canyon on 12-31

Brown Creeper- Mule Creek Trail on 12-7. Canyon Trail at Aiken Canyon on 12-31

European Starling- 4 on 12-23, 3 on 12-27

Spotted Towhee- calling at Red Rock Canyon Open Space on 12-17, one calling on Loop Trail at Aiken Canyon on 12-31

Dark-eyed Junco- All 5 subspecies on 12-27

Slate-colored-  A few around all month

Pink-sided- A few around all month

Oregon- A few sightings. Small flock at Beaver Creek Wilderness on 12-20.

White-winged- A couple sightings in late Dec.

At Aiken Canyon Loop Trail small flock juncos on 12-31.

Evening Grosbeak- a few on 12-18

House Finch- 12 on 12-23, 12-27

Red Crossbill- Small flock at Buffalo Creek RA on 12-1

House Sparrow- 1M, 1F on 12-23

Abert's Squirrel- 1 or 2 around all month

On 12-14 one Abert's was jumping and flipping around for a while, like something was biting it, fleas, ants?
