[cobirds] Re: Mountain Bluebirds at Rocky Mountain Arsenal NWR Adams County

This isa great place for birds. The newest stretch of the auto route was open all of 2017. Tons of raptors, and in the spring and summer there are some really great birds on that stretch: Orioles, Burrowing Owls, Horned Larks,Grasshopper Sparrows, Vesper Sparrows, woodpeckers, nuthatches...and the list goes on and on! Once spring gets here, you'll want to drive very slow so you don't miss anything!
