[cobirds] BLUE-WINGED WARBLER continues at Welchester Tree Grant Park, Jefferson County, 11 AM

THANKS to Stephanie Jones for this great find. First Jeffco record I am aware of this one was
documented in Golden in 1961.  (ref "Bob and Bob")

It is loyal to the riparian at its downstream exit from the Park onto private property.
It could be heard at a distance. At least 14 birders have seen it, that I know of.

Directions: Take 6th avenue west from Denver and exit at Simms, going north a block,
then left on 8th. Go west less than a mile and the park is well signed on the right.
Enter the park and take trails leading east, then down hill to the east fence and gulch.
Joe
