[cobirds] ID help on a possible horned lark

Hi all,

Can someone help identify this interesting bird? I saw it in Arriba, CO, about 80 miles east of Denver near I-70. It appears to be some kind of horned lark, but has a black chin and I can find no subspecies whose description fits this photo. Is it some kind of horned lark hybrid? Thank you!
